Sound quality for audio streaming is good.. But during video streaming there is delay in between video on my screen and audio on my ears..

Everything with this Bluetooth was good. I just bought in March and within 4 months it’s broken. I have to put tape on it. Quality is it at good. I paid over $100 and it didn’t even last four months.

Se despegaron de la base muy fácilmente antes de dos meses de uso apenas pasó el periodo de devolución. El producto en su funcionamiento es bueno pero se dañaron muy rápidamente.

The phones worked well. Good sound and would last the day. The one earpiece lost sound I suspect when a wire broke. It was handled normally. So worked well for my purpose until the on earpiece failed.

Overall I like the design/concept//sound. But there are issues. In under a month, the 'arms' have sort of broken so the plastic parts kind of bites my neck! Ow! I wrapped packing tape around both until I call their support. Like I said, I like the concept of the around the neck thing and hopefully, it's just a bad one and Samsung will replace it with a non-defective one.

tuve el level u pro que es mas grande y de excelente calidad, lo tiré porque mi hijo lo tiró a la tina para trapear . este es mas chico, sinceramente les doy mucho uso por el trabajo, se rompió parte de la diadema..la pegué...y se volvió a romper. Esto fue en unos 2 meses de uso y APARTE no me convenció bien la calidad del sonido, me dio igual pues mas que nada era para llamadas pero no fue ee mi total agrado.

The product is ok and it worked with my iPad, but not with my phone, a Sony Xperia Z3 compact. I'm able to play/pause the music, but I can't hear anything. Installing the Samsung android app didn't help. I found that very strange given that I have no problem sending music from my phone to my bluetooth soundbar, and also the headphone worked without any issues in another android phone, a Nexus 6p. I'd love to hear if anyone has had a similar experience or knows how to solve it, I couldn't find any solutions so far.

Es un buen producto para uso moderado, ya que yo la use constantemente y en menos de 1 año ya no sirvió la bateria, adicional a que se rompió de los lados, si quieres algo de uso rudo hay que invertir más

Brought this product in August. There are couple of issues which I would like to highlight. 1. Audio quality is very poor especially on the outside. 2. The headphone broke toward the collar part inspite of taking utmost care. Now the handset doesn't grip towards the neck properly.
