Se cargaron como lo indica el instructivo para poderlo usar, pero al conectarlos a distintos dispositivos, siempre se entrecortaba el audio aún teniendo los dispositivos con una separación menor a 1m, muy malos ya mejor pedí un reembolso y terminé comprando unos sony

Good sound, clear mic and good battery life. The one deal breaker was the length of the speakerd themselves. Way too short forcing the whole unit to sit tok hough on my neck. This makes them awkward amd uncomfortable for any length of time. Maybe I have a big head lol but this is the first time I have ever had this issue.

En general es un muy buen producto, pero al paso de 3 meses comenzo a tener problemas en donde el foco de encendido no se apagaba luego a pesar de esto aún funcionaban pero despúes de eso el dispositivo dejó de funcionar completamente (4 meses en total) es una lastima porque por ese precio se me hace muy poca su durabilidad, eso duran los audífonos comunes. Además cabe mencionar que el modelo anterior Gear Circle de Samsung eran de una gran calidad aún tengo unos que eran usados y aún funcionan despúes de 2 años de uso.

Tengo menos de 3 meses con ellos, son de uso exclusivo para cuando estoy en la oficina y sin razon se empezaron a despegar del hule y el plastico haciendolos casi inservibles. Son algo incomodos, se mueve mucho del cuello y los earbuds son incomodos. De todos los pares de audifonos que he tenido, creo que han sido los de menor duracion. Lo unico bueno es que la bateria si me dura unos dos dias de trabajo.

I used this headphones only for listening music ( before breaking!). The sound quality and battery life were acceptable. The problem was with its around the neck plastic parts which were very brittle and could not be fixed after they break. I should have gone for the pro version.

No los recomiendo para hacer ejercicio, los compré 2 veces en distintas ocasiones y se descompusieron en menos de 3 meses por el sudor ( los usaba en el gym por qué son "resistentes al agua") y el servicio de garantía es algo latoso , muy bonitos pero se desilusionaran cuando se descompongan

Perhaps my expectations were too high with these headphones. I have generally had quite a bit of success with their products but thes have been a considerable let-down. Fiest, the ear buds refuse to stay in my ears more than a few seconds before then falling out. Once in the ear, the volume is quite poor and about half of what i would expect. Finally, the neck band feels as though it is sized for a preteen abd keeps coming off as well. Overall, very disappointing...

How I use it: I wear it basically wear it 24/7. Podcast and Audiobooks mostly. When I decide to turn up the volume for music it handles it very well. Pros - Great battery life - A handful of rubber attachments for the earpiece to "choose your size" - Great audio playback Cons - Signal seems to easily cut out if my phone is in my pocket and I put my hand in the same pocket. Or if I am wearing a heavy winter jacket the signal can barely make it from my phone to the headset. - Switch is in a hard to reach spot in the back - The ear pieces tend to fall out on the smaller rubber attachments. - Sometimes I find in everyday use it sort of manages to twist and fall off my neck.

Los uso cuando ando en la calle o en el super mercado. Si voy caminando, es común que el audio falle de manera intermitente. Cuando estoy en el super y camino despacio, no se nota tanto la falla, o si los uso en casa, casi sin moverme. Es algo molesto, y la única solución es llevar el teléfono en una bolsa más cerca del la unidad. La conexión con iPhone es simple y funcionan a la primera. Los controles y botones son fácil de usar, y cómo tienen relieve, puedes encontrar los botones solo con el tacto, para usarlos sin ver. Vibra cuando recibes llamadas. El micrófono es aceptable. No están pesados. A veces me los dejo en el cuello apagados mientras no los voy a usar. Un detalle que no me gusta, es que este modelo no informa al iPhone del estado de la batería. Otros audífonos lo hacen, supongo que por qué es un modelo viejo. No los recomendaría.

I purchased a pair of Samsung Level U Pro’s previously and loved them, but my toddler de-budded one side and I needed to replace them. These are not comparable. While they look the same, they feel cheaper and started coming apart within days of very light use. I switched to a pair of Sonys (which I don't like), and these became my backup for the gym, but now the rubber on the control side has separated from the plastic leaving the control wires exposed. I'm very disappointed because for this quality I could gave picked up a $20 pair and they would have outlasted these. I expected way more from Samsung, but just like my former tv and current suite of large appliances, I am left sorely dissatisfied. In their meagre defence, they sound decent, they are comfortable and, the battery life is tremendous. Totally outweighed by the falling apart thing.
