These are not worth the expense! The slide off my neck, they are not loud enough to hear while in noisy environments. Greatly dissatisfied

Terrible connection. Loses signal and cuts in and out while in my pocket. The sound quality is also pretty bad.

Arm broke after 2 months very unhappy after paying what I did for them customer service at Samsung to correct problem sucked won't buy again

Not durable. Earbud broke and wired peeled off of arm within 6 weeks of normal use.

-last a good amount of time on battery -doesn't sit right around neck feels odd from time to time. -head set has issues with maintaining connection with Samsung 6edge and iphone7plus. Constantly had issues.

These were great and I used them while working out but after 6 months they broke. I take really good care of my belongings but these just couldn't handle the daily usage. Quality is cheap.

These have a good sound and the earpieces fit well. If you plan on doing anything active, these headphones are terrible. The neck piece constantly jostles and slides off the back of the neck. I hate these.

Very comfortable earbuds with a good battery life. Would buy again. Sound in ear is not that loud though. Update: After using the headphones for about 3 months now the left arm is starting to come apart. Also when using it outside the handset has to be close to the headphones or the reception becomes spotty.

The headphones are very comfortable and you can feel that you actually don't wear it. But, there were on me only for 2 days and one of the earphone was a little bit stretched by me and then it stop working (i only have only one earphone work so i can actually throw them to the garbage). I must insist that it was a little push and we you look on them you can't see any damage at all. Product by Samsung need to be more resistant to a little push..
