I would have given it a 4 because in the beginning it worked pretty good. But after a month it started acting up. It says that you can walk away from your ph for up to 30 ft but that changed to like 5 ft only. I've had problems with it from the calls breaking up and even sounds very far at times to calls hanging up, which caused problems for me. Now I can't even return it for a replacement or to even just get it fixed. Very disappointed with this product. I give this 2 1/2 stars.

All the three ear pieces still wont keep them in my ears. Sound quality not great really and neck part keeps getting caught in clothing. Range not thd best either for bluetooth Battery life good

Love the concept, but these are not very well made. The neck part can easily be broken. The earbuds fall out of your ears easily. I can't even imagine trying to wear these if you run. I in fact have one pair that are broken and do not work and I've had them less than 6 months.

Even the smallest ear buds are too large for small ears. The ear buds don't stay in and the sound is very weak/tinny since the ear buds can't get far enough into my ears to deliver solid bass.

I bought mine from a local retailer, after less than 1 month of using it, they simply stopped working / charging. They wont change it at the shop, so I had to send them directly to Samsung for a repair. Still waiting for their answer..

There is weak link between the "rubber" and plastic, the part that is flexible. You have to be very careful when putting the headphones around the neck and taking off. Each side has broken and I have had to super glue together ( multiple times) . I am not rough with the headphones, only normal use in my home office. The sound quality is great.

They sounded good in a quiet location, but couldn't get them to fit in my ear well, not so good in noisy places, like on planes, etc. Now the little rubber earpiece cover is gone, and I can't seem to find a replacement Samsung Support just disconnected me when I tried to contact them - said they were finding the right group to talk to, which appears to be no one.

The Samsung Level U headphones fall short on too many levels. They get two stars because yes, the earbuds with the elbows that fit in the outer part of your ear do stay in and yes, the person on the other end of a phone call can hear me very well when inside. However, if there is any wind while talking on the phone, the mic picks it all up and the person I am talking to cannot hear me. The mic also picks up all the background noise too. If you like to wear headphones with just one ear bud sometimes forget it! when just wearing one earbud the headset works its way around your neck until it is rotated sideways; the other earbud gets caught on everything - kids hair when you help them wash hands or get dressed etc also always gets stuck under the seat belt when in the car. I feel like I am constantly untangling this headset. I have used other headsets with similar design, this one is too light weight to stay in place (originally I thought itwas going to be good to be light). The buttons OH THE BUTTONS! Super frustrating. There are only 3. So you want to skip a song, hold down the " - " button, and wait for a second. If you want to skip multiple songs...plan on taking your sweet time patiently holding the button for each one. If you want to turn the volume down and start clicking it, dont click too fast because it might register as skip instead. The buttons are all on the same side, right next to each other. Top is + middle is - and bottom is action button. You have to push the action button to answer incoming calls (id rather just say "answer" but thats me) If you want to skip a song, you have to feel for the buttons and count them to make sure you have the - one in the middle. all the buttons feel so much alike it is amazing how much effort it is to feel which one you are on. it should not be that difficult. they could have spread them out more or made them bigger to feel the differences. If you run with these, both ear buds in your ears, the headset still manages to start slipping off the back of your neck, held up only by the earbuds in your ear - not comfortable. I am always having to reach up and put them back on my neck. If you lay down with them, again, they always seem to shift around my neck. The pairing was easy but to have them paired to my tablet and phone makes it annoying to get them switched to the right device. I am so disappointed in these headphones. They have good earbuds but are not an overall good design.

I have tried MANY Bluetooth headphones, and for some reason or another I end up buying another pair to find the right ones. When I received this set, I was amazed for the quality of the product and how well they fit and feel. Also the sound is great BUT... It looses connectivity when I'm about 10ft away, really?, I have had other cheap ones and I can be as far as 20 or 30 and they work ok. Also being 2ft away from my phone and if I'm close to ATM's, (I work with ATM's), the sound breaks!!! really? the cheap ones don't do that at all. So still looking for the right set AGAIN.
