Long story short, the ultimate clean brush head was a bit too rough for me. The Gentle Care brush head coupled with the Sensitive Mode on the IO electric brush gives a noticeably softer and comfortable clean.

Liked that soft bristles, gentle effective cleaning results, smooth feeling afterwards.
