I purchased a bag similar to this, prior to Covid-19. It came in very handy. I was unable to find a replacement IRL, so I searched online. This bag LOOKS exactly like my previous bag, but has some not so good differences. 1) the crossbody strap is made of very cheap seatbelt like fabric and is already shredding and pulling, 2) the metal embellishments are rough and have snagged the crossbody strap, 3) the right- pocket had a small clasp inside, attached by an elastic strip, this allowed me to lock two of the pockets into the closed position, this bag has the same pockets on the front but all of the zippers are opposite and therefore cannot be locked, also, 4) this bag is missing the locking mechanism, 5) the bag is black, but the lining is brown and the material is rough; it just looks very low quality.

I love the bag, very stylish and spacious. Holds everything I would need on a day to day basis. The only I would change is the pouch on the side for a water bottle which will fit a small plastic bottle buy nothing more than that. However! One month later and the poor stitch-work has started to show. The strap has completely come apart and is literally holding on by a thread maybe two literally. I actually did my own patch work and fixed the strap that was being torn apart because I liked the bag so much and now the other side of the strap is coming apart. At this point, I've bought a new bag and threw this one away. Unless I got unlucky and got a defective one. I find it hard to recommend this bag.

It's good for a young teenager where it won't last. Not durable no actual charging port(very disappointing) smaller than expected.

I got the smaller bag first. But I can't fit any of my water bottles in it.. except maybe a small disposable, or child sized bottle. I do love the color. I hate that I can't switch the strap. It's made so it can only hang on your left shoulder.. or very awkwardly on the right. Also, when I tighten the strap all the way, it just slides and slides until it's full extended again. Also, I wish that the biggest section had 2 zippers. Sooooo. I decided to order the grey bag with the "water bottle pocket" on the outside. 🤦♀️ I can barely squeeze 3 fingers in it.. forget about a water bottle. Although the bag itself IS a little bigger so I can actually fit my water bottle inside that one.. and I guess the side pocket can be used for my phone. BUT the ightly bigger bag is a much cheaper looking grey color and I kind of hate it. So I don't know which one to keep... or if I should just send both back and keep looking for the perfect one strap backpack style bag. 🤷♀️ Another thing I hate is that there is no loop/handle at the top to hang the bag on a hook. AND the wires that come with these are nice in theory...but because they are not "lightening" charging wires, they don't charge my phone fast enough to be useful. It takes like an hour to go up by 5%. And that's ONLY if the device is not in use during this time. If the bigger-ish bag was the same nice grey as the small one, I would keep that one. But I'm definitely leaning towards sending both back as they have too many flaws and are made for left handed people, and I'm right handed. They do seem durable. The buckles & zippers on both bags are good quality. But the company really needs to fix many issues. Oh. And the slightly bigger bag has a quality hole towards the top, I assume to put headphones or something through 🤷♀️

The metal clip rubbed and ripped the fabric strap. I made it work but it won't last.

A heck of a lot smaller in person! Almost too small to really use. I'm giving it to my 10 yr old granddaughter for Christmas. Maybe she can use it.

Smaller than I thought, works for my job need.

..it appeared to be a pretty nice pack. Then it began to split at the seams after carrying it the first time. Plastic lining was not durable with the material and stitching. Disappointed. Really like the idea of the functionality of the pack.

bag was smaller than expected, by A LOT. I holds about as much as a large ladies' wallet. It's more equivalent to a Fannie Pac. Not for large hands... Mine are small and I had difficulty getting items out of two pockets... Alsi this bag does not have a zippered compartment (security pocket) on the back. I may have mistaken that feature with another, but was disappointed none the same. Other than that... I would and will find it useful as i like to be hands free when shopping or walking.
