The fire pit itself looks great! But it’s an absolute pain to be able to light. It takes about 20 minutes each time to sit there and hold the igniter until you finally find the very sweet spot that the flame will stay on.

I really like it, but it came with a big dent in the bottom.

Love it but it only worked one time! Now it will not stay lit. We have followed all the instructions and nothing works.

Faulty item. I purchased multiple propane tanks thinking those might be the issue, but seems like the actual fire column is. Shame since the design and size are both great.

This is very small, only holds 1 liter propane tank. It also arrived and did not work, the top would not screw on and connect to the propane tank. We were forced to return and will not be repurchasing this model

Broke before I even got to use it. Propane spraying everywhere! A nightmare!

Stopped working after a year, convenienty. This should really have a 2 year warrenty. I feel like I have wasted my money.

I’m very disappointed I purchase this item and have been unable to screw the gas propane tank, 3 different people have attempted with no success. Bought different propane thanks and they are all the same, very disappointing

Not what is pictured! It was gray not brown- full of cobwebs and rust colored spots. Very dissatisfied
