This is an excellent compression sleeve, since it is longer than most and really holds shape and compression. I have a long time torn meniscus (nearly 30 yrs) that has caused cartilage deterioration. These compression sleeves give me the necessary support to run at a 100 mi/wk pace. I have re-purchased twice
