The best laptop I’ve ever had

I have to be honest this is the first review I’ve ever written so it must be spectacular for me to actually do this. I have been buying from Amazon for years, but just never got to do this. I have to tell you I bought this computer and after I bought it then I read the reviews and I was extremely apprehensive. I said oh I know this computer is gonna come and it’s gonna be in multiple pieces and it wont work i just know it! Big surprise it came and it’s wonderful. It’s in one piece. It looks brand new and works like a charm so thank you and sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling and not with the reviews. Thanks again bye

I'm happy with this purchase. I was somewhat apprehensive about this computer after reading some of the less than pleased reviews. My experience was very positive. The computer already had windows 11 Professional on it , I did not need to upgrade. The computer is cosmetically excellent condition. no scratches or other flaws. It just WORKS as advertised. If something is cheaper than normal, remember it may be too good to be true. In my case, the laptop cover is a little bit damaged. Looks like something was splashed over the bottom of it. The back of the top cover is worn in places. But overall, the laptop was easy to set up, and I have not owned a laptop before. Also, laptop was described as having Windows 11(if I read that correctly) , but it came up with Windows 10; however, it asked me if I wanted to update to 11 and it was free. So this was quick and easy to do. My keyboard and screen look new and not used, so I appreciate that. Overall, this was a great deal for what I need laptop for.
