As a professional chef I have used most major brands and sizes, the first time I used this I piled the garlic too high for any other one that I have used to achieve a good consistent non mushed/pasty chop. I should have removed some but I figured I'd see what this bad boy can do and did it ever do, the garlic was chopped beautifully. Being the dork that I am I took a picture for all of you as I appreciate your reviews so I am trying to contribute more.
