I wouldn’t recommend this product for the money. “Die-Cast construction” is very misleading. If you read the details it says partial die cast construction or something to that nature. In reality, this is 99% plastic and over priced

I bought this for my grandson who is turning 4 years old for his birthday. I was so excited so I gave it to him a week early. He loves trucks and heavy duty equipment. Every piece broke on it within hours . I had to screw the screws on some pieces right away. On the ad site it says die-cast. That's why I got it , Thinking it was durable. So very disappointing , Now I have to find a gift fast to replace it

The overall idea of the toy is awesome. It’s just too bad the quality isn’t! I was a little nervous ordering after I had read through other reviews but my son had saved up and wanted a toy and this is what he was set on. At first I thought the scratches were just on the packaging but once out of the box it was actually plastic doors on the truck. There are little scuffs and scratches all over the large truck. We are keeping it only because my son is beyond excited and the smaller trucks seem fine. Overall it looks like it was used, returned and sold as new.

These are low quality and mostly plastic. Only a small portion of the cab itself is die cast and the rest is the cheapest sort of brittle plastic. The wheels break off easily leaving small pieces everywhere, the axles are flimsy and bend even from basic play, the fenders break off from just a slight bump into another vehicle... These don’t withstand more than a few days of a child playing with them and then you’ll have broken off pieces of plastic to deal with for weeks afterwards. Buyer beware. Unless you are using these in a diorama or static display I would steer clear.

UPDATE: this companies customer service is HORRENDOUS. We reached out to tell them the product broke within 5 minutes of opening. And another truck broke the next day!! They did not offer a replacement whatsoever, the best they are willing to do is a 20% refund. Absolutely pathetic customer service & company. My grandson LOVED this when he first opened it, and so did we!! Within 5 minutes of playing, the helicopter broke (blades fell off) and he was devastated as the helicopter and excavator are his favorites. My daughter unscrewed the helicopter & found she was able to screw the blades back into the tiny screw.. but of course children are going to spin the helicopter blades, and because they are attached with a single tiny screw.. they fall off after very little play 😕 disappointed in the poor quality/design. Would like to return to get my money back as I'm concerned more will break after a short time.. but it's not really possible to explain to a child that you have to take their brand new toy away 😔 really disappointed!

Ordered as a birthday gift. After opening this is the condition it was in. Broken and damaged.
