When I took this out of box upon arrival, the ON/OFF dial was stuck in the OFF position and wouldn't turn. I discovered this when inspecting it for damage before I plugged it in. After finding that I couldn't turn the dial, I thought it might be locked when it wasn't plugged in so I plugged it into the wall and it still wouldn't turn. With the Thermostat set to OFF and the power set to OFF, the heater was still producing heat. This could've been a fire hazard. Poor quality

Received it on December 22nd, today is Jan 19th and it stopped working. Less than a month! This is the shortest life oil heater we have purchased to date. All the oil heaters we have purchased before this has, at the very least, 2 years of usage in them. It's junk! Do Not purchase this brand, PELONIS.

I purchased this product in the fall of 2021 and as of today 12 1521, it no longer sufficiently heats the room that is well within the guidelines set forth in the product description. I have two other similar style heaters by one of their direct competitors and I’ve had them for over a year and they work great

Bought this to have for when it get super cold, and it doesn’t work, it’ll turn on but it doesn’t heat up at all.

Product arrived in an intact box but was POORLY packaged inside ... fins bent, hardware missing, and the radiator front panel had been BASHED, rendering the controls useless. Even if the item had not been badly packed: this item looks cheap and not similar enough to the photos to look like anything I'd be happy using. Spend another $20-30 on something better and you'll be happier.

Heater worked well for two weeks, then quit heating. What has gone wrong with electronic products in America. I had more than my share of defective electronic products this year. I have two other Pelonis oil heater for a year, they work fine. Lots of heat from these heater. Is the pandemic effecting everything ?

This is a piece of junk. The bolts it came with the nuts wouldn't fit on. So had to get more nut's to fit. The wheels don't roll good. Would not recommend to anyone. It seems right everything is starting to be junk from Amazon.

It came with a wheel missing. I went for this for the brand name and the discounted price. I got what i barganed for a discounted price. I sent it back. what a waiste of my time. I also had to wait about a week for a brand new box with a missing wheel. My options was to request the missing item or return. It was cheap and had many reviews but i should have done more research on this.

After one use it stopped working.
