I love the sleek look! It heats up faster than cast iron and doesn't hold heat for long after cooking. It's also super easy to clean. The only downside is that it has to be hand-washed!

The Imusa calderos heat up quickly and evenly—which means no more guessing which half of the pot is plotting to burn my dinner. Everything cooks beautifully: rice, beans, stews, and even that experimental dish I can't talk about because we're still healing. They also feel sturdy enough to survive a fall, a family gathering, and possibly the next minor earthquake. Not that I tested that (intentionally). They're simple, clean, and look like they'll lecture you respectfully about proper cooking technique. A very dependable vibe.
I am so glad I picked up the 3 Piece Basic Caldero Set because it has been a total kitchen game changer. Each pot heats evenly and holds the perfect amount whether I am cooking rice soup or a quick weeknight meal. The lids fit snug and keep the moisture just right and the pots are easy to clean which I really appreciate after a long day. When I opened the box, there was a box inside already opened. The one I received had scratches on it so it is clear that this scratches pretty easily. I used two out of the 3 in this set to make sides for Thanksgiving. The pots get really hot, as you would imagine, so handle with care. One thing I did like is that the lid handle did not get too hot handle while cooking, so I could open it and stir or add ingredients without burning myself. The pots do stack to store which is also nice.
I was meaning to buy new caldero set and I was so happy when I received the new set I love the size and I love how easy are to clean I definitely recommend this brand to friends and family.
