The shoes are nice. The price was fair. But they don't fit. They're too big. They're mis-sized.

I received the product but it is one size bigger the return or exchange procedure is not very simple so I am stuck with the shoes

They look good, but the soles are as hard as cement. I had to buy some foam insoles to make them bearable.
