Installation went well. The only problem was the two keys that came with the lock only one worked correctly. The other wouldn't even go into the lock.

I think this was an open box item. It wasn't sealed. Condition of item looked new. Loose screws found in the packaging so wasn't packed well. No instructions for the door handle itself and had to guess what parts to use. Be sure when ordering an open box item that need installed or constructed that you are handy with such things or you'll be returning your item and wasting time and resources. It works as of now, let hope for longevity
