My twin grandsons turned 5 and they asked me for this. I thought they were nuts. Then I saw these and thought this was perfect for them. They absolutely loved it!!

Got this for grandbaby for Christmas. Will not connect to internet any internet very unhappy

It’s not a bad little tablet. It can be a pain to set up but my boys couldn’t be happier( until the battery runs out) (autistic boys). Then they get upset but otherwise good.

I liked that it had lots of apps on it to start out the kids so I didn’t have to search for them and download them.

I’ve been wanting a basic tablet for my 3 year old son so when I saw this one was geared towards kids I decided to get it. The tablet itself is the perfect size to fit in his hands and the case does a great job at protecting the tablet when it gets dropped. (Because we all know 3 year olds drop things) The tablet comes preinstalled with 20 different games that work for many different age groups. The Looney Tunes Phonics game is one of them and it’s excellent at teaching letters and the sounds they make. My son is around the age of learning letters and sounds so we’ve used this a few times and will continue to. A few apps he personally likes to play are ABC world, Game kids 5 and body parts for kids. (All are preinstalled on the tablet). Another great thing about this tablet is the parental controls. I honestly had to unblock a few things when I first got the tablet because so many things were blocked. The “kids corner” app is where all of the apps you want your child to use can be put into. This app is password protected so you can’t get out of it unless you use a password, so no worrying about your child getting into other things on the tablet that you don’t want them to use. You can also set a timer for how long you want your child to be on the tablet. The operating system is ok, it runs on Android 8, it’s not the fastest thing in the world so it takes patience for some of the things to load and the touch screen can be finicky at times but he’s able to play games ok. I’m not sure if I got a bad one or not but the charging cord and port are loose so I’m not sure how long the charger is going to last. The tablet can also get a little warm at times but all and all it’s a nice basic tablet. Updated 11/1/19: I have revised my review from 4 stars to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received about the loose charger (which actually did end up breaking after my initial review) . I emailed Contixo and told them what happened with my charger and they sent out a new one to me free of charge!

UPDATE- 1/20/20 One of the tablets from Christmas just "broke". One day it wouldn't turn on. It was just a black screen. I wrote to this company and explained the situation. Even though it was past my 30 day return mark, ( it sat in my closet the whole month of December as i bought it early for Christmas) they do tips me to return it and they would repair it if they could. About a week later i got a message from amazon that they refunded me for the tablet. No communication from the company. I guess that's not a huge deal but an email explaining it would have been ideal. I just received my new tablet and so far so good. It's not the same as the first 2 we ordered even though under amazon it says i ordered the same device twice. This one has a different screen saver and i had to download the 20 games myself instead of having them already installed. Not a huge deal though. Overall, I would probably order again. These are great tablets. I bought 2 for Christmas. Kids ages are 6&7. The games that were already installed are great for their ages. Some are a little too young, and a couple are a little challenging. But overall, it was nice having the games already installed so we could decide what types they liked/disliked. Some reviews said the tablet bogged down because of all the games installed. Ours never has. Also downloaded a movie for a long road trip and still no problems. The tablet comes with 2 types of chargers. One is a 9mm and the other is a regular cell phone charger. Both of the 9mm chargers broke within the first week. That's my only complaint though. As far as a first children's tablet goes, I'm pretty happy.
