The jacket I received matches their description. I closely inspected the garment when I opened the packaging and looked for the problem other customers complained about. No unsewn seams, nice zipper that stops at the top of the front and doesn't go around the hood, the right length, sleeve length is good. Love how cuddly it is. I'm happy with my purchase.

Love this item! However, it runs a bit big. I normally wear a woman’s large but wish I had bought a medium. Love the lightweight warmth from this jacket! It’s truly a 5 star for quality and comfort but because of the size, I have to be honest with 4 stars ;-)

This would be great for a cold house or office. Not “flattering” like a balloon cut, but very soft inside and out and almost too warm if the room is just north of not cold enough.

The only thing was some of the threads from the lining showed on the red seams.

Loved this jacket. Just one problem. When I zipped it up the checks didn’t line up. In the picture they do. So I returned it and ordered another hoping it would be right. But the same thing again. Whomever is making these should be fired. LINE UP THE SQUARES!

The only thing i dont like is the the floppy pockets. But other than that its very warm. An sssssssooooo soft. Fall an winter for me.

I am 5' 7" and 140 lbs, normally wear a large in jackets. I wanted a cozy jacket that would fit over a sweatshirt. The large would have fit, but probably not over sweatshirts. The XL works well for what I wanted. The hood is snug enough to not fall off during wind and keeps my head warm. It has large pockets made of the same material and add extra warmth. It is a chocolate brown, not the beige color in the picture. It is not stylish looking like on the models. Just a big, bulky, warm looking jacket.

I do understand that this jacket is supposed to be oversized. I originally purchased an XL since you never know how online clothing will fit. It was too big and I felt like I looked like a huge snow beast, so I returned it and ordered a Large. Even being oversized, it’s still a bit larger than I prefer and I could actually wear a medium, but decided to keep it. It is very comfortable - feels like a blanket, and is warm for cool days. I’ve only worn it a few times, and so far it seems decent quality. I would recommend this jacket, but to me, I’d say it runs a bit large.

3rd one I purchase because i do love them they're very comfortable very soft 4 stars simply because i don't prefer a metal zipper. Have a dark Gray, light Gray & now dark blue.
