For best results, use very cold water.Insert the fill tube, then the long plastic tube and seal into the top of the bottle.Firmly screw on the head of the siphon, taking care to not over tighten.Insert one CO2 cartridge into the cartridge holder and screw the cartridge holder onto the head of the siphon until you hear a hiss and the water is being carbonated.Shake the soda siphon well then allow the charged water to ‘rest’ for a minimum of 10 minutes to achieve full effervescence.To dispense water, gently press the lever and direct water towards the side of the glass.
