Not genuine leather but imitation suede. Arch tiny.

Product runs small, ordered my usual shoe size, and my toes where going over the edge when i walked .

These smelled so bad. Awful. I’m embarrassed to be around people when I’m wearing these shoes.

I was hoping for an adequate knock-off for my Birks. These are not it. The reviews were great so I guess my expectations were high. These have terrible arch support and the heel is cushioned instead of the heel cup Birks are known for. I guess you just get what you pay for. If it’s only the “look”, you’re good with these but if you’re looking for something more, don’t waste your money.

We ordered these shoes in size 9 and they were too small, returned them and ordered a size 10, still too small. We decided to just return and not purchase these shoes any longer.

This shoes have a tendency to rub on the side of your foot and leave blisters. Material is not soft but stiff an uncomfortable

The footbed is not deep enough and makes it hard to wear the shoe safely.

I was really excited about these sandals, however, the straps are not adjustable. This makes them unwearable for my narrow, skinny feet because they slide off unless I constantly flex my toes hard to keep them on. I'm very disappointed because now I have to return them and try and find another brand. Otherwise, they seem as though they would be comfortable, but I can't speak to quality since I couldn't even wear them around the house.

Fell apart the first day they were worn

Looks great, comfordable, but after 4 days of use the insole on the cork is lifting away. Can't return because they were worn. We do not recommend.
