It seems to be working fairly effectively, although I do have problems charging it. It's very sensitive. The connection to the power strip has to be juggled to get a good charge. And the case is much too clunky. Other than that I'm reasonably satisfied with the purchase.

The case came well used. The front cover is so scratched it makes it hard to view the screen. I purchased a B quality ipad and expected the lifeproof case to be in similar used condition.
