As soon as I put it on, I felt the support and relief. I wear it almost every day. It used the measuring guide provided in the description and it does not roll down. My chubby leg looks like a sausage, but that aesthetic aside, I get compliments on my new tattoo! Lol!

This is a great brace, but according to their sizing chart, by measuring my upper thigh, I would have been a L or even borderline XL. I ignored the chart and bought a M, since I am usually medium in everything, and I'm glad I did because you can see at the very bottom that there's gapiness on my shin. Honesty, I think I could have even gone with a small for extra support (though the thigh probably would have been slightly uncomfortable). Long story short - go with your gut on sizing.

I have had knee problems since a parachuting accident in the Army many years ago -- stretched tendons and floating cartilage chips. I've tried many knee braces, and none worked until this one. I provides the bracing required to keep the patella in place, and is very comfortable in all conditions. Highly recommended.

Got a 3x and it fits perfectly for me make sure you get the right size because it doesn't feel like it will stretch beyond the og size depending on what you get

I have bone on bone with my left knee but the pain was bad.I was suppose to go for a knee replace but right now I have other issues But until then I bought these cooperband knee brace but wow I can't believe it this is a miracle brace the best thing I ever did for now.az has the best price I would diffenly reccond this product if you suffer from knee pain.A miracle product.

Bought it for my son with some kind of knee side pain that requires physical therapy but he's a working man and doesn't have time for that. He tried a couple before this one but said this was the most effective and comfortable to wear under his pants. 3 months in and he still likes the results. Definitely recommend.

I have a very small leg & size L is perfect! I develop fluid under my patella ever since a knee surgery, causing pain. Wearing this knee sleeve stops the fluid build up & I have NO more pain as long as I keep it on when standing.

I slip this on over my knee to ensure support. NEVER had any problems. Highly recommend.

I like this because it fits well and does not roll down your thigh. I weigh about 230 and wear size 16 pants or 2x shirt and this was true to size advertised. In fact, I bought a second one. I sleep in one when my knee flares up to keep from injuring when I roll over at night and I wear around the house while I do housework. It’s comfortable and allows good circulation but give enough support to help. I wash them in the sink and they have held up good. If they ever wear out I will reorder this same one again.
