Perhaps it's to soon to tell, but I did get the desired results I was told I should get. My doctor suggested I try this sleeve, I'm glad I did. Also, in my opinion, this sleeve doesn't necessarily provide an overwhelming amount of stability or support, but it did eliminate knee pain.

Helps stabilize bad knees

After going back and forth reading different reviews I decided to try this one. I spend 17 hours on my feet some days when I do doubles at work so I needed something for knee support. And I know there're many mixed, confusing reviews on here but I must say this product is amazing. When I put it on I started feeling a little tingly on my knees ( could be the copper doing its thing), then a day later my knee pains went away. I could easily bend and go up the stairs. Oh and dont listen to those who say it slides down. After using it 17 hours staight I can say w all the confidence that it does NOT slide down. It holds pretty firm and its VERY COMFORTABLE. Just do yourself a favor and measure to make sure you order the right size. You will love this product trust me. Cheers .

Does this have copper in it, who really knows? Does it help support my knee, yes, especially going up and down stairs. It's very comfortable, has the sticky rubber inner liner on the top to limit slipping which it doesn't. I don't have knee pain normally so that's why I listed the pain relief a 4 star. there isn't really any lateral support so if thats what you need, this might not work. For general support, I like it.
