I love these pans. They are nonstick they wash up beautifully. I can sear my meat and finish in the oven. The gold handle makes this collection even more beautiful. Glad I purchased these.
I recently purchased the two pan set. I have used a few times for frying eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches. So far, I am very pleased with them. Eggs seem to be puffier and lighter than the Blue Diamond pans I had previously cooked with. Time will tell how they hold up.
