Love the crossbody, love the staff even more! When I received a flawed bag, they quickly shipped a new one and explained that--even though there might be pricing shown on the paperwork--I was not being charged. And I donated the damaged one to Americans with Disabilities...will not hesitate to buy here again.

Great product. I bought two different colors. Made nicely and are sturdy with a long strap that can be shortened. I would buy again.
