I was disappointed that no instructions came with the product but the instructions are available when you order it. This vest requires the use of a power bank in the vest’s pocket but once I figured this out I was very pleased. The vest stays warm up to 3 hours with a good compactly power bank.

Love it. I am not only using it for the chilly nights but I am using it indoors for my neck and back pain. The heat feels great. Vest looks good too. Very lightweight and not bulky. Could be worn under a coat easily.Wish it came in more colors.

just what I needed for watching the boys play ice hockey and fall soccer! vest is warm even without the battery, but especially love the heat around the neck. I ordered a medium and it fits well, but think a small would maybe have been a better choice to have the heat snug against my inside shirts but, as is, I wear it outside my external shirts and it works just fine (I'm 5'6", 120 pounds).
