Nice aesthetic, but impossible to get via mail undamaged. Took SIX re-orders before I received one that was worth keeping (it still had some small scratches). Some of this was probably caused by UPS/FedEx, however, the scratches looked to be more quality issues rather than shipping. Like the product, but they need to improve their quality control.

We tried two different mirrors. One was worse than the other. They are not true mirrors. More like a carnival mirror.

As noted by many others, the "wood" finish was rubbing off. I went into the store to see if they had any that weren't damaged that I could exchange it for, they had two of this mirror and both had similar damage to the finish. I ended up returning mine and getting a different one.

I looked at this mirror in store but by the time I got around to purchasing it, it was only available online. I ordered the mirror for instore pickup, and when I picked me it up the frame was all scratched up :( Very disappointed as I was looking forward to finishing up the room it was going in.

The one we purchased was scratched and we did not see it until getting home. When we went back to store, we could only find one that wasnt scratched. We just went to hang it, and it is missing an anchor and a screw. This has been a pain.

Also had a problem with distortion, mirror is low quality. Even returned and tried three more in store. All were fun house mirrors, so disappointing!

Motion sickness mirror! The outside of this mirror is gorgeous and EXACTLY what I was looking for. But it was so distorted when we hung it on the wall it made me nauseous! Really is a shame because it’s a beautiful mirror and the perfect size too!

The first mirror I purchased the coloring on the frame was rubbed off where it came in contact with the box. I returned it and the second one also has rubbed off spots but the mirror itself is so distorted. Very cheaply made. It truly is a fun house mirror. Very disappointing.

I loved this mirror until I took it out of the package. The veneer finish has rubbed off where the packaging was at the top and bottom. The packaging hid the finish so I couldn’t check out the product before I purchased it. Joanna Gaines should be disappointed in her brand of products that are not good quality for the higher prices.

It was beautiful but fell out of nowhere. I’m grateful my children and pets weren’t anywhere near it when it fell. If you purchase it, make sure it’s more secure than the mounting hardware it comes with.
