The design concept is great but the execution is poor. The wooden frame is adorable but the mirror is warped and a tad blurry. I was disappointed and I’ll have to find another.

Just don't get it. I read the reviews and thought surely mine won't come as a fun house mirror? I was wrong. It looks fine when you pull it out of the box and you're up close. Once we hung it up and viewed it from a distance and different angles in the house it absolutely looked wonky. It's already hung up on our wall so we're going to live with it, but for everyone else out there just skip this mirror and get a similar one from a different brand.

It’s poor quality all around. Mirror distorts your viewing, and first mirror I got had a bubble like chip in it.

The mirror frame itself was perfect, no scratches or flaws. The mirror looked fine in the box but once it was hung, you could see under the glass was warped with a “fun house” effect. From reading other reviews, it seems like a common problem especially for the larger sized mirror.

Can with scratches on the wood. Other than that I would have liked it.

I am so disappointed in this mirror. Had my eye set on this mirror to hang in our new house and just love Chip and Jo. I went to hang this mirror before completely inspecting it outside of the packaging (also after measuring out and putting holes in my wall - my mistake) and noticed the wood finish was rubbed off from the packaging and very noticeable in several places. I luckily did not get *too much* of a fun house mirror like others were describing, but in certain spots you can definitely see it - especially when up close (which most people will be). Now I am on the hunt for a 30” mirror that I can hang in place of this one and will be returning. Ugh. Always read the reviews before you purchase! Was expecting more from Hearth and Hand. Will be returning.

It’s the perfect size for our entryway, and way freaking cute. However, when I removed it from the packaging, there were ton of scruff marks. Will be returning it ASAP

Bought two of these and both were scratched or chipped badly. Just poor quality but beautiful.

I ordered two of these mirrors and packaged separately, both arrived defective. One’s frame was super scratched up in different places and the other’s frame was bubbling up and almost looked water damaged. I was super disappointed and have already returned. The star rating system above wouldn’t let me put less than two but honestly I wouldn’t give this mirror any stars.

Zip ties are super thick and impossible to cut through. Think I need a saw or may need to ignore it and hang it by the zip ties. I was worried I would break the mirror just trying to get it out of the packaging.
