Parts of the mirror frame were defective when it arrived. The reflection is also warped.

The mirror itself it’s beautiful. I love it because it’s simple. But, the quality of the mirror it’s not good, you can keep it just for decoration, nothing more, don’t look in the mirror, you’ll be disappointed.

Cute design, however the MDF is not very natural wood looking. Pictures are much more beautiful than in person. :(

I really love this mirror but it's warped and we didn't notice until after we took it out of the box and hung it. It literally looks like a fun house mirror, mainly around the edges. Now I'm stuck with a bad mirror that I can't return.

The natural wood is beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for but the mirror was completely warped. I was very dissapointed.

The mirror is pretty but it is not black. It is a very dark brown. I decided the color was going to work, but the mirror itself was very strange. When you are up close it seems ok but 3ft-4ft away it starts to distort very badly.

Definitely not a black frame, so now I have to return it

Pictures are very deceiving as this black framed mirror is actually dark brown and wood grain not all one color. Very disappointing as this was supposed to go in our nursery but we will have to return and find a different mirror to match. It’s a shame about the color because this seems like a good mirror!

The first order arrived broken. After talking to customer service they said another would be sent and they would ensure it was packaged securely. Few days later when I received the new one, it was also broken because there is absolutely no protective Styrofoam or bubble wrap on the glass! I just asked for a refund and will wait until they carry it in my nearest store. Overall, the mirror is beautiful, but I can't imagine why in the world they wouldn't package it so it does not break in transit. It is glass, after all!
