Issue with Constant Backscrolling

I had purchased this same mouse before 4 years ago and had no problems. I purchased again April 2022 because the wheel eventually failed. This new mouse is prone to CONSTANT backscrolling meaning that when using the wheel to scroll up or down the screen jumps in the opposite direction. Very stressful user experience and now wish I’d returned it.

Scroll Wheel Always Fails

The scroll wheel fails after a few months of regular use. Happens on ever single one 4 out of 4.

Will not buy again

I had 2 of these for several years and they worked fine. Eventually both failed, so I replace with 2 new ones. Both worked for about 6 weeks. Then both failed. Unbelievable. Will not buy this brand ever again. Quality has disappeared.

It don't work

I plugged it in to 3 different laptops and it didn't work I put brand new batteries in it I tried anything and everything I just won't

The mouse “jumps”?

I’ve been using this mouse for several months now and while at first it was fine, now the roller ball jumps up the page when I’m scrolling down. When I am using the roller ball to scroll down a page it will go down about halfway then jump back up. I have tried the mouse with other laptops and the issue persists. I would not recommend this mouse to a friend.

Problems

I’ve owned this mouse twice, both times the scroll wheel has had issues after only a few months. It starts to skip around, when scrolling in one direction it will skip between going up and down which is quite annoying.

DOA - receiver?

Arrived on time but did not work. Tried someone else's USB receiver and mouse worked. So apparently the USB receiver is faulty. Now what?

Erratic operation

I got mine in June, it initially worked fine. Now, that it's out of warranty, the cursor position is totally erratic. It jumps all over the screen when I'm trying to navigate a page. Can't recommend.

Incomplete Packaging

It’s difficult to give a good review to a product that you cannot use. I purchased this mouse and it came with absolutely no instructions on how to connect it to my laptop. So almost 2 months later it’s still sitting on my desk.

You'll love it at first, but don't buy

This is a beautiful mouse. It puts itself to sleep so the battery doesn't go dead when you forget to turn it off. It's ergonomic. Feels wonderful in your hand. Biggest problem, and the reason for the one-star review, the scroll wheel goes bad after about a week. This is the second one of these I've had. Failed for the same reason. Need to find a new mouse now...
