When it’s time to renew, we will send you an email informing you of your kid’s current data usage. You can check your kid’s data usage any time in the app. If your kids are burning through their data allotment each month, you can upgrade their plan anytime.

What Happens After 5GBs?
If your kid uses all of their data, no worries, we don’t charge overages or ever cut them off. If your kid finishes all their data for the month, data speeds will slow or they can always use Wi-Fi.


Getting Started with Mint is Easy
Purchase: Check out online or in-store.
Activate: Go to the Mint Mobile app or mintmobile.com/activation & follow our simple steps. During activation, you can choose to bring your phone number or get a new one.
Insert the SIM: Punch out the right-sized SIM card & insert it into your device. Check your phone’s manual to ensure you are using the correct size SIM. You can use the provided SIM ejector tool to pop-out the SIM tray on your device.
