It's comfortable enough for boxer briefs, I'm just not much a fan of them. Ended up buying some briefs to replace these. But they do fit nicely and have decent crotch space.

Bought these for someone. They got the 5xl, they weighr 340, they are slightly which in my opinion is a good thing because they don't fall low in the back, or front.
