Love the umbrella, only had it up for a week and the plastic that holds the top in place broke was very pleased that it was replaced within a day. Most of the major connection points are plastic so any strong wind will cause it to break. The solar lights are not very bright. Overall we like the umbrella and use it every day!

The anchors that come with it would not stay in the grass. You will also need to purchase umbrella weights for $60 to $100

I was able to assemble the umbrella by myself. It was very quick and looks amazing. The umbrella does move a lot with. I used the umbrella straps to secure the umbrella to the pole so that it was secure. That worked great. Solar lights are nice, they aren’t extremely bright but a nice touch. I used the anchor hooks it came with to anchor the umbrella into the ground. I also used a few additional hooks I had and that seems to work great to keep the umbrella secured.

The umbrella is made of quality material, but is super wobbly in the wind. Also, the umbrella will not stand up without buying a separate stand to weigh it down.

The slightest breeze knocks it over. I had to buy tent stakes.

The stakes they give you are the small silver one you see in picture 1 I laid on cross member. The unit is fairly large and heavy and your basically holding it down with toothpicks. I bought tent stakes to secure it properly as you can see and with that it is not going anywhere. Also the crank is a bit high. Wife is 4 10 and can't reach it to open it herself.

I can now use my deck all day!

I was SO happy the first day I got this. Massive umbrella with nice solar lights for the side of my deck. I had a similar umbrella last year that got ruined because I didn’t think to put it down during a snowstorm, all my fault but this is the replacement. I assembled it very easily, fooled around with it to get it at the perfect height and angle which was a little puzzling but it can get really high and hang well. However over the next day or two I noticed it swinging from just a light breeze which was a little scary. I thought maybe the bricks I put on the base would suffice, however the next day I got home from work and the whole thing had toppled over my deck. Luckily I just wanted it to cover an area next to my pergola so I was able to secure it with some bungees and now it’s fine. SO moral of the story absolutely do not buy this as a free standing umbrella, as the many reviews will tell you. But if you have something to tether it to it is very nice and well worth the cheap price. The bungees I used I also bought on Amazon for about $2 each and they were delivered next day.
