I gave it a 5 on range of motion because their isn't any. It keeps your head still and is more comfortable than it looks. Once inflated it relieves some of the nerve pain from my herniated disk by lifting my head up and relieving the pressure of holding up my head.

I just got the package today and only tried it once. It’s good though and the added hose pincher helps to keep the air in the inflated sections. Soft comfortable materials too and no scratchy Velcro on the straps. I was expecting some Chinese quality product and got US quality and attention to details.
