Payed for new. Tab on box was ripped, but packaging was nice. Looked good, I was so excited. Then I flipped it over and it looks like someone threw it on the floor. Picture speaks for itself.

Well I had high hope for this. Save your time and money this dont get food hot enough to actually warm food. It can keep it warm maybe but reheating or warming food is a no no. 30 min and the bottom it barely warm top is still cold

This box worked great. Then it didn't. The plug came apart on it and lost the end when it fell off. I replaced the 12 volt plug and it worked again for a week or so and now it started only worki g intermittently.
