Great little cool pack that easily attaches to wherever you need it, using the velcro strap . I use it a lot on my heel for plantar fascitis. It can feel a bit cold, but I wear a sock. You can pop it in the freezer with the gel pack attached to the velcro strap or remove it. Read more

I am very sensitive to cold/hot to my skin. So I had to add a washcloth in between the ice pack and my foot to tolerate it. I can still feel the cold but at a reduced level to what I can withstand. It absolutely helps the pain in my foot at the end of each day. I like that I got the 2 pack for a great price, so if I need to ice both I can. Without the washcloth, the wrap would be too large for my foot size also, so the washcloth benefits me in more ways than one. I would recommend this. But if you have narrow feet, the Velcro may not connect properly. Read more
