This is the third pair of these shoes I've ordered, and the first two were perfect. These weren't even the shoes I ordered, but the sack the came in ( which had the identification on it) was mistakenly thrown away, so I can't send them back.

My feet

This is the 2nd time I've purchased slippers from Tanga. Both times (different brands) I requested size 13/13.5. Both times I received slippers that were, at best, size 11. Both times I requested a return and refund. Both times I have yet to receive a response.

For a size 11 they are very, very tight. I have trouble with wearing anything tight on my feet health issues & I wear a 10 & 1/2!!! Not happy with these or the black ones I received!!!!

I wrote the following review shortly after receiving this pair of moccasins on January 8th. Not two-and-a-half months later I have cracks in both soles, with a larger hole in one that I discovered by accident (see photo). These indoor/outdoor moccasins work very well in my Northern California weather. They protect me outside and provide some support that soft-soled moccasins can't match. But they feel cozy and comfortable, like soft-soled models. And the price was right. I experienced some trouble in shipping, but that's not the moccasins' fault.

Boyfriend wears a size 10 bought him a size 11 and they were still way way to small
