First and foremost I'm greatly disappointed at its arrival right out of the package. It appeared to be new and unused however on the edges towards the middle there's a yellow discoloring. The suction is average it's not really for support maybe just for comfort during a longer bath if you have aching areas on your backside. I would've liked it a lot more had it actually looked brand new. I personally wasn't expecting back support just a vibe for the bathroom and quality control has left me disappointed. I did try to wash it and the discoloring is permanent.

Suction cups ripped off in less than a month. :(

Its comfortable but after two months one of the suctions broke.

It won't stick to the bathtub it keeps sliding down in the tub I don't like that
