They reduce 99% of Lead and are certified to reduce Chlorine (taste and odor), Asbestos, Mercury, Benzene, Cadmium, microplastics, and more***. The Denali water pitchers flip lid makes refilling a breeze, while the SmartLight indicator lets you know when its time to change the filter. This small water pitcher comes with 1 Brita Elite Water Filter, which should be changed every 120 gallons or about 6 months****for best results.

Usage Directions: Your water filter pitcher can be ready to use in a few steps. No presoak or rinse required. Wash your hands before touching the filter. Hand wash pitcher, lid and reservoir. Insert the filter into the reservoir. Add cold tap water. Discard first three pitchers of filtered water or use to water plants. Replace the water filter every 120 gallons or 6 months. Substances reduced may not be in all users water. Do not use with hot water (85F max).

This is great! I have well water( lime build up hard water) and this filters amazing!!! When you tilt to pour your icy cold water, the green light comes on indicating that its working. My water has never tasted better! It gets the murky mud tatse out. One its time to replace the filter the light will stay on. So you will always know when it's ready. Easy peasy! If it works with my water, it will work for anyones!
