New - Open Box
  • An open-box item looks and feels brand new, although may show very minimal signs of use. Open-box products are often unused returns, or demo models from retail locations that just can’t be sold as “brand new” anymore. Some of the products may have never even been powered on, but have merely been removed from their packaging at some point. As a result, these products are heavily discounted even though you can expect them to function as if they were new.

Wow

I love this gem! How I ever lived without it I will never know! It navigates all through the house with ease. My only complaint would be the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as I thought it would being brand new. Long enough to do a good cleaning though! If your in the market this is for you!

Works

After a bumpy start it is working well for us.We have mostly ceramic tiles with carpet in our office and bedroom. We have 3 dogs (a Great Pyrenees and two small ones) and 2 cats. So LOTS of hair, mostly long. IT does fine. And it is about the same effort as our Roomba I7 was for cleaning. We switched from the Roomba (iRobot) to this Robotic Eufy 15C Max because the Roomba were a LOT more expensive and they typically lasted us 2 years running daily. We go this one on sale for $165, so if it last 2 years it will be seriously less expensive that the Roomba.Cleaning wise, we have run it a few days now and it works fine. The random pattern seems to cover MOST of the floor and it is not getting stuck as often as the Roomba did - it it beats the Roomba on not getting stuck, noice (it is quieter) and cost. It is about equal on cleaning time/effort.Very happy so far, now to see if it last 2+ years.BTW: Lots of reports this model has problems connecting to WiFi. We have a Xfinity Auto Dual band router. And it would not connect at first. After contacting the Eufy customer service, they responded to my email in less than an hour, the suggestions included turn on Airplane (flight) mode on the iPhone and make sure the iPhone is connected to the 2G channel. So, I turned off the 5G Channel in the Router.I turn on AIRPLANE mode in the iPhone.I connected the iPhone to the 2G WiFi channel.Connection with smoothly with no effort.

A Pet owners 2nd best friend ! Some bugs at first - But great product !

Updated after 4 months of use ! So I first started out with the 11S. It did a decent job, but it got hung up under some furniture. It fit under some furniture just enough that it could go under and get stuck. The solution, I got some furniture sliders and placed them under the offending furniture upside down. This allowed Eufy to get under and back out. The 11s has a problematic filter system that breaks and cracks when you try to clean it. I sent it back and got the 15C. The filter system is different and you don't have the breakage issues. I don't use the WI-FI on it, because you have to disconnect your phone from your home network and connect it to Eufy and then it wants access to your location and files (No Way). I have a German Shepherd and only two rooms with carpet, the rest is all hardwood/Laminate. My house looks clean with Eufy. I do have to run it twice a day and I don't have a giant house. It comes back full each time. It also finds the dock 98 percent of the time. The biggest time pain with this thing is cleaning it out. I have found the best and fastest way is to take my shop vac, which is at the ready and suck out the dirt cup and clean the filter. It takes about a minute. If you just try to dump out the dirt cup and manually clean the filter you are going to go through a bunch of filters. I get about a month per filter cleaning it out with the shop vac. It also avoids things pretty well and can get itself out of a jam. I still vacuum my carpets on weekends and will get out about 1/8 of the amount of hair I use to because Eufy has done such a good job. You have to make sure any spills are cleaned up prior to running, such a water bowls, otherwise it is a great addition to keep a clean house. It does require more maintenance than a normal vacuum. It gets stuck at times or other things. But still A Pet owners best friend for sure. For the price, it is an awesome vac and I would highly recommend it. If you have a pet that goes #1 or #2 in the house, Eufy will drive right through and make a giant mess so be aware. I fortunately do not have that problem, but have some neighbors that have learned the hard way.

Love it!

This is my first robot vacuum, and it's charming to watch it amble around randomly as it maintains the floors. I've read a lot of reviews from people apparently expecting the same cleaning power as a regular vacuum cleaner, but I thought it was pretty clear from the listing that this wouldn't be the case. This is a maintenance bot. With three cats and two ladies with long hair and a seamstress dropping bits of thread all over the place, this bot is a lifesaver. I like this model because it can fit under my couches and cabinets, although it does tend to get stuck under radiators sometimes. It also has trouble with the low floor strips that divide rooms, and occasionally gets hung up on one. It successfully detects stairs in my house so we haven't had any spills. Cleaning the brushes and the dust collector is very easy. It does look like the little spinning whisker brushes aren't going to last very long, but I see that there are plenty of replacements sold on Amazon. It also doubles as cat entertainment. My cat has discovered that if she bats the whiskers the robot will change direction, and she loves it. This is one of the robots that makes a totally random path instead of some efficiently mapped path, but that's all right. I find it amusing to watch it amble randomly around the room. My house is small so it does cover the entire floor before losing juice. We also have wooden floors and low-pile carpets. I haven't investigated the app yet, but it works fine for those who (like me) aren't all that technologically savvy. It couldn't be easier to make it work manually-- press the button on the top and off it goes.I also want to say that the customer service is very prompt. And polite even when you've misinterpreted the error signals, hahaha. I feel confident that if an issue arises they will be quick to address it.

Works great. We have four of them

We now have four Eufy Robovacs in our home. One in our living area, one in the master bedroom, one upstairs, and one in our finished basement. For the cost of one fancy robovac we have four that cover our whole home. You do have to remember to empty them after 1-2 days but they do a great job with dirt and pet hair. My only complaint is that hair does get wound on the roller and you have to cut it out every few weeks or so with scissors. Not a big deal if you dont have pets. Our first one has been with us for five years and after a $30 replacement battery, It's still going strong!
