Takes forever to dry. Kinda rough

I misread the description of this item when I ordered it and thought I was getting a duvet to cover an existing comforter, and not a whole comforter. That being said, it’s a lighter weight comforter with synthetic fill, it’s working fine in my son’s room for the summer months, but I might want something heavier for him when it gets cold again, or will need to add a blanket underneath for cooler months. The color is a nice light linen neutral with darker lines of gray woven through. I really like that the pillow shams come with it, and they ZIP closed instead of having an open pocket where you can see the pillow.

So… I agree with others reviews. The texture and feel is scratchy for sure. I have another Threshold comforter that is I believe a Chambray brand and it’s so so soft. This is no where near. It was not hot like other reviews I read. It’s actually much lighter feeling then our last threshold which is a little disappointing for the price and since winter is coming. The color is pretty, and it washed up pretty well. I dried it with tennis balls which helped fluff it. It was a tad wrinkled on the sides but I rearranged it a few times in the dryer and that helped get the wrinkles out. I would not buy this again for 90 dollars but we will be keeping it until we were ready to buy a new one.

I've had it for several months.. I was looking everywhere for the orange/pumpkin color and lit up when I saw this at target, very lovely color, but it has gotten old and now I'm tired of it. At first I thought the fabric was soft but after months of use, I find myself wishing that it was softer and more cosy. Definitely scratchy. I don't think I would buy it again if given the chance. I think I'll go for a true flax linen duvet in the future, and an oatmeal or linen color that is easy to accent with other colors. Helps with longevity.

Product quality is questionable. Came with extra sting and light pink fuzz throughout. Will not be trusting Target for my bedding necessities. This was either a return or their warehouse is filthy. Either way for the price I would expect the item to be lint free.

Let me preface this by saying if you don’t have dogs this would be a 5 star comforter. We have 2 labs that sleep at the foot of the bed and the fabric of this comforter, while amazingly soft, is SO thin and delicate that dog nails will totally shred it. It happened twice to us which is crazy and has never happened with any bedding before. If you have dogs that you allow on the foot of the bed this is not the comforter for you. If you have a dog free bedroom (good for you!) then this is an amazing comforter and I’d recommend! Just know it’s super delicate, might even rip in a washer so be careful. The cognac is actually a very nice orange/rust color and not pink toned AT ALL.

This is a beautiful color and texture but after a month of regular use, it has already started to pill a lot. it won't last very long.

This comforter shrunk and decolored even though I washed it on warm as instructed. Nice at first but now doesn't feel worth the price. Not really soft even though it is mostly cotton.

Love the color and material is very cozy but it’s not a heavy comforter. This would not be good for winter or a colder area, I had to put an additional quilt under this one. Also I ordered a California King and this is probably the size of my standard King sized comforter.

Beautiful comforter but discolored and roughened after washed on delicate in cold cycle.
