You get what you pay for!! Both of the larger boards cracked down the middle in less than one month of use. All three are also badly warped. Followed the care instructions that was included. Never saw the inside of a dishwasher. Save your money for something better!

These look good and have been in my kitchen for about 10 months now. However, they started to split in the middle and the medium sized one is almost completely broken. The small one is very small so I rarely use it. Another down side of these is that you can't use serrated knifes or they will cut up the wood or get stuck on the wood.

Disappointed in these. They are smaller than what I’d envisioned. They are also rough and do not have a smooth surface. Would NOT recommend or purchase again.

Great cutting boards that are easy on the knives. The aesthetic of wood while cooking is pleasant compared to plastic counterparts. Despite hand washing them--the medium sized one broke within two months of purchase. Great product with great environmental and ethical benefits of its purchase, but if you are looking for something that will last I would look elsewhere. Their quality is great but their durability is poor.

First of all, these cutting boards are really small! But, alas, that's my fault for not paying closer attention to the dimensions. That minor disappointment aside, I was excited to have some new bamboo cutting boards. However, after washing them just ONE time, they began to splinter and split a great deal. And no, I did not put them in the dishwasher, I washed them very carefully by hand as you should any wooden kitchen gear. The wood became incredibly dried out as well. So, upon reading the other reviews and recommendations, I purchased a bottle of the Think Bamboo Orange Scented Kitchen Accessory Maintenance Wood Oil - 24 Oz. and decided to give that a try. After a (extremely generous) application of the oil, the cutting boards did seem more like I had expected. However, after a couple more washes they returned to the same condition. I have ended up having to reapply this oil to them after every few washes (about once a week or so). So, in my opinion, even though these were cheap, they are really not worth it. I have used many varieties of other wooden and bamboo cutting boards in the past, none of which have required this kind of maintenance at all. Spend a little more money for a nicer product, it's worth it.

These warp and crack really quickly. After a few weeks of minimal use one is already too warped to use. Ive had bamboo boards that lasted years. Do not understand why they are so highly recommend. I do not recommend purchasing these.

Not real impressed with this. The bamboo boards take some getting used to. They do not feel as sturdy as the wood boards. I feel as though I have to be rather light handed when I'm using it to cut, chop or dice anything of real substance.

I really liked these and purchased them because they were supposed to be one of the only companies to not use formaldehyde in their glue. After only a few weeks (less than a month), they are already cracked. We hand washed them and followed the instructions so I’m disappointed they don’t hold up

Initially, I was really into these and thought they were amazing, but after washing them they bent out of shape. Now they don't lie flat on my counter. Not sure if I did something wrong, but pretty disappointed. If a cutting board isn't flat.. then.. it make it very awkward to cut on.

After hand washing these boards once, before use, they began to shed hundreds of tiny wood splinters. I tried wiping away the splinters with a cloth, with a sponge, with water, with my hand, etc. All I got was a handful of splinters. I decided immediately that there was no way I was going to cut or prepare food on these boards, so I packaged them back up to return. I WISH that I would have read the reviews on here that mention a need for curing the boards with oil before using them, but I checked the packaging they arrived in, and there were absolutely no instructions at all. Maybe this is common knowledge, but I sure didn't know I was supposed to do that. I'm a staunch instruction reader and follower, and when I opened these, there were none to follow! This seems a bit careless on the manufacturer's part, as if you do NOT cure the cuttings boards, your food will be full of wood splinters! Unfortunately I can't really comment on the quality of this product, because I was not able to use it.
