I am amazed at some of the low ratings and wonder if there has been miss-use and abuse of the product. I've had these boards for almost two years and use the smaller one almost every day for something or other. I clean them regularly with a cloth and warm water, occasional light soap, and an occasional massage with coconut oil. At the present price of $8, they are way beyond a steel. Show me another set of cutting boards at five times the price that can hold up so well.
