Update 2/17/2023. The vendor responded immediately and fixed the issue. I changed the review to Four starts (would have preferred it worked right the first time, but great customer service).This is the second one we tried. It will start charging a watch and then stop without a known cause. The shape seems to allow the band to lift the watch away from the charging pad or else it just quits?The phone and pods charger works. It was a Christmas gift and too late to return by the time my wife told me about it.
