We were skeptical of this product because of the lower star reviews. Some say it is hard to put together..... they must have been stupid. There was nothing to it. Nuts bolts and washers. You could figure it out without the directions, but the directions were clear. So far we like it. It looks nice and seems sturdy.

Put an order in about a month ago for the furniture, we received the packages minus one box which contained all the major pieces for installation. We immediately contacted them regarding the issue and they had a brand new replacement order in for us within 24 hours. All the pieces we needed and then some. They instructed us to keep, or discard the original set however we intend on keeping the additional pieces we where left with for potential replacement parts. Thank you for doing what you said you would do in a timely manner. Everything was up and useful for our family gathering that following weekend! Best wishes.

Product arrived a full week earlier than was stated. That was awesome! It’s packaged perfectly and light enough to move around for assembly but sturdy once pieces are put together. It came with a TON of nuts and bolts but clear instructions. Took my boyfriend 4 hours and he is not the handy type so probably would take someone else less. I am very happy with product and would buy a chaise lounge to match or even a couple more pieces if they had it. Photo of him enjoying well deserved margarita upon completion. Now time for a rug and planters!

Not sure why so many bad reviews. My item arrived a day early! All 3 boxes in great condition. Easy assembly with the right tools put together in less than an hour. Nothing was missing. I plan to order a second one love how beautiful the colors are. This is a great buy!

Dislike - NOTHING LIKE - EVERYTHING Easy to assemble - very comfortable cushions - great for social distancing because 4 single chairs can be separated. Cover is HUGE and covers all pieces. Yet it can be folded small enough to store under the table. Out of sight; but ready when needed!

we advise to get a speed ratchet with the allen wrench bits .. assembly was fairly easy and this went together in a few hours looks great and fits perfectly because the item is in individual pieces this was a good value for the money delivery was also fast we got all the boxes within a few days of ordering which was awesome

Perfect! I spent the entire weekend on this after getting it. The cushions were sturdier than I thought they’d be and it comes with clips to keep the furniture pieces from sliding apart. The cushions can move around a little but overall it is a great piece for the cost. I struggled to find an outdoor set because the reviews can be so diverse, but I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Looks great and fits perfectly in our screened patio . I purchased the gray base and black cushions very nice!

The only reason I gave the Easy to Assemble 4 stars is because my husband has large hands and I had to to the hard to reach places at the corner pieces. The rest was just fine. This is a cute sectional.

I love this furniture! We have enjoyed it. Very sturdy!!We loved that it came with a cover! The cover was perfect!Unfortunately the cover ripped ! Can we purchase another cover?
