I purchased this for our porch, perfect size for our needs, however the cushions on the sofa start to weaken very quickly and they do not bounce back, they start to compact and lose comfort. May be worthwhile to invest in better cushions. Also highly recommend getting velcro to secure the cushions down because they slide all over the place.

I was hesitant in getting it but I needed a set last minute for a party as another seller apparently lost my package. This product came a day before it was suppose to which I am pretty grateful for. However I did face some struggles with it. The bolts were not easy to tighten. I had to use my own tools that thankfully my father had. Apparently these are lock bolts or something like that which require a special tool that didn’t come with this product. But overall it was a simple process, putting it together took me 3-4 hours by myself and it’s pretty sturdy. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with it

High quality when it comes to the materials for the wicker furniture; solid & aesthetically pleasing. However, the cusions aren't as weather-sturdy as I had hoped, they get dirty quickly, but with a wash once or twice a month it will be fine. Best Choice should however come up with a concept to attach the cushions to the wicker chairs. ESPECIALLY the back cushions. EVERY TIME I go to sit on them they are on the ground or flopped over. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to have these out in an open area and not in between two buildings. My solution was I attached metal grommets, 4 on every cushion, and zipped tied them to the wicker chairs. It holds up well. If anyone else has had this issue this was a cost effective way to solve it.Hope this helps

We have used the patio chairs for about 2 weeks and they are nice looking and sturdy. That is why we bought it. But make no mistake, the assembly requires 4+ hours, not 90 minutes! RANT - Had the rest of the parts just need screws like they designed on the table, this would have been handled in less than 90 minutes, but they designed the Allen screws to be screwed into a locking nut and using a socket to hold it was a super tight spot (which delayed they entire project). The instructions were basic for an experienced installer like myself, but one better know how to use the tools effectively or it will take a long time. So, other than the rant, the furniture looks nice, pretty and surprisingly sturdy.

I like the price thats why I got it compared to other sets. I love the customizing options and how you can secure them together in any orientation. Use your own tools to build, not an allen wrench. saves a love of hand pain and time. The back when you sit is very low so it is not have comfortable to sit upright for long periods. Laying is comfortable. Another thing, I wish there was way to secure the seat pads in place because they go everywhere. I tried sticky velcro and the adhesive does not stick to the cushion

Is it the most amazing earth shattering patio furniture? I don't know about that, but we are happy with our purchase and would probably buy it again. A few things: It is not hard to put together but it does take thought and effort. Not something that can be slapped together quickly. Do the back pillows fall over if you look at them wrong- yes. Deal with it. Do the seat cushions move all over the place like a slip n slide- yes. We bought some of that spongy kitchen shelf liner and put it down under the cushion and it works for now. If you are on the fence- I say go for it.

The couch was easy to put together. The fake chrome strips around the bottom was bent up and damaged when it arrived. It's extremely comfortable, great with rain(doesn't act like a sponge, just sits on top), if not for the damaged chrome I'd give this a 4.5-5 star review. Remember, you're paying under 1k, don't expect to receive a 2k-3k quality couch. It's great for the price. Just wish it wasn't dented in the chrome.

Fast delivery. Serves the purpose. My only complaint is that the unit is fairly lightweight. I realize that this is a compromise to reduce manufacturing and shipping costs, but just realize that you are getting lightweight "case goods" which come knocked down in a carton and not some multi-thousand dollar unit from a fancy furniture store. Must definitely buy medium size sofa clips to hold pieces together. Assembly took about two hours once I figured out the best technique. I made a custom allen wrench tool by cutting the included wrench with a hacksaw and using it in my electric driver for the bolt (with a 10mm socket ratchet for the nut). Unless you have a really long allen bit, you cannot put this together in a reasonable time. Each of the seven pieces has between 8 and 14 screws/bolts and if you had to do it all manually it would take all day. Even with my MacGyver skills, it was hard not to strip the bolt head--you definitely want to set the torque of your driver at the lowest setting.

I want to first say this seating is beautiful! Very comfortable, spacious and also versatile! I purchased the black and grey and it looks very sleek and modern, I received complements all evening. On the other hand the assembly is very troublesome. If your not ready fasten MANY screws and bolts you would find this very tiring. If I had known I would’ve hired someone else to assemble this beautiful piece. But I would definitely order another if ever need be. The aesthetic that this piece gives to your outdoor space is worth it.
