The glass table top isn’t sturdy and slides around. The Seat cushions and back pads slide all around bad. Had to get anti slip grip for the seat pads. Still can’t get the back rests to be still. Just not as comfortable as I’d hoped. And it took forever for me to put together. Super tedious.

It took a while to assemble because of the placement of the screws. The cushions and pillows are cheaply made, you'll need some kind of velcro or tape to hold them in place. Love the colors, i just wouldn't buy it again

The cushions slide around and off the chairs. I will need to add a gripper pad of some sort to each. The chairs slide all over the place but that is because we have them on tile floor. We may have to move them from the sunroom to the patio. The chusions seem to be of good quality as well as the fabric. Assembly is required and you will need better tools than those provided. Overall I give it 3. 5, maybe even 4 stars.

I really wanted to love the set, so I waited several months before writing my review. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone who’s Tall, or on the heavy side. I have a large family and they are all big people. This furniture Is for smaller and much shorter people. I’m 5’4” tall and 155 pounds, and I’m still not comfortable on the set. Eventually I will upgrade to something more expensive. You get what you pay for.

Have had if for exactly 1 year. Only sat outside for 2 months last year and 3 months this year. Cover is very power quality. Every time I go to take it off it rips in a different spot. Would look into a different brand if you want a better quality cover.

Overall the set looks really nice and is good for the price. However the assembly was ridiculous. Be prepared to set aside at least 3-4 hours, and I had somebody helping me out too. I've assembled plenty of Ikea, Wayfair etc. furniture with relative ease and consider myself pretty handy, but the fact that you need to hold the nut with a wrench on one side while twirling the hex wrench on the other side, and then repeat that like 60 times is insane. not to mention some of the screws are in blind spots that you can't physically see, so you just have your hands back there praying that you can hook the wrench on the nut.

I read the reviews and still decided to give this a go! Product came with wrong screw and nuts. I could not figure out why they wouldn’t work so I had to leave my home (during the pandemic) and find the right hardware that would fit. The nice salesman in the store confirmed I was sent the wrong tools. Obviously this may have been an accident on the manufacturers part, but this certainly should have been doubled checked at the warehouse. It took all day because of this to get it assembled. Very disappointed. Pieces of the wicker are coming apart. Otherwise, product is satisfactory.

This looks very nice but the cushions to not stay in place AT ALL. Constantly sliding or blowing off in the wine. If you’re looking to enjoy a sectional by just looking at it, this is your set. If you want to really enjoy it, I would spend a little extra for better quality and comfort

The packaging was good, they got everything in 3 boxes and they weren’t too heavy, not tons of styrofoam etc. I was disappointed that one strip of the rattan had broken and is poking out on the back of one chair. The slippy slidey fabric is awful though. I used Velcro on a couple spots to hold it on more securely but it’s not comfy, also the table is too small. It looked ok but the functionality is limited.

Bought it for our deck. The cover it comes with was tested today while it rained, and it did its job. We like the furniture, it just came a little damaged, which customer service was pretty great about, but the resolution (15% off) was the end of our warranty/any part replacement and we hadn’t even sat on it yet. Little upset about that. Wasn’t our fault, and I don’t know how long it will last with that damage. Was still pretty expensive for all of that.
