Stylish for sure! LOVE the blue shade! Looks nice on the new screened in patio for show. But the pillows aren’t very comfy and don’t stay in place. Read a review that they charged to return. So didn’t want to deal with the return process of dropping it off, so we have chalked it up as a starter set! And will start looking in the winter months for a more reasonable price and comfortable set.

Purchased 9/8/2020, The set does what we need it to do as far as sitting goes. We are just now getting into the “cold” weather here in the south with some consistent rain. When attempting to relieve standing water off the provided tarp it tore straight across. This was disappointing because we have gently removed the majority of the water prior to attempting to lift the tarp. The cushions are not very”cushy” as you can feel the base of the seating immediately after placing yourself on the cushions. The pillows are a waste of time. It’s a good set for what we paid I suppose.

Very easy to assemble- took about an hour; comfortable for extended sitting, lightweight and fits my patio in whatever config I need. Only issue is that only 1 month in and I can already tell it's fading on the piping. I don't come out and flip the cushions on the regular and the set is not covered in the MD summer sun but I really did expect more sun resistance than what I got. The price is good but I think I need to find some better cushions or covers as I won't be covering and uncovering it whenever I want to use it. But it was only $700 so I can't complain but so much.

I don't want to rate this set low, since what has arrived is the exact quality I expected, however since everything has not arrived yet to assemble the sectional, I'm temporarily rating this one star. I'll make sure to update this review when and if the last box is sent. This sectional comes in 3 boxes, A, B, and C. Like many other reviewers here there was an issue getting the 3 boxes delivered. Within 2 days of ordering I received 2 box Bs. Then a couple days later I received box A and was told that shipment was complete. Box C contains the backrests for all the seats so the only thing I was able to assemble was the coffee table. I reached out to Amazon support and was forwarded to Best Choice Products support about my issue, receiving box A and two box Bs and not being sent a box C. A day later BCP support reached out to me and said they are sorry for the issue but before they could resolve anything they needed to know: -Was the package damaged upon arrival? -Did you thoroughly review the box's contents? For me nothing was damaged upon arrival and I was getting ready to assemble everything and matched all the pieces up to the instruction manual that came with box A. I responded to their message and heard nothing for another day. I sent a follow up email "just checking in" and then was told that: "Please know that the replacement for the Box C of your sectional conversation set has been submitted and it will be processed within 7-10 business days. We have attached a free FedEx return label that you can use for the return process. You may print it and attach it to the box or let a FedEx representative scan the label once you drop the package at the nearest FedEx station. " So now I have an entire room of my house that is housing all of this extra outdoor furniture which cannot be used and has to be protected since I have to return it in quality condition. I am concerned that something might happen to it and I just want the last remaining pieces to arrive so I can enjoy some time outside with my family. I have yet to receive any further communication since this message (which was sent 6 days ago) like a tracking number, but it seems I must remain patient for the next 2 weeks. I have 3 concerns at this point. 1. The extra furniture might get damaged while sitting in my house, since I have a dog and she spends most of her time in that room. 2. The last piece will not ever arrive, and the 7-10 business days is just a delay so I will not be able to ask for my money back. 3. I do not have a large enough vehicle to transport the extra box to a facility to have it shipped. Needless to say, this has been very distressing for an relatively expensive purchase on Amazon. Like I said before the parts of the set that have arrived seem really nice quality, however obviously I cannot rate the product since the full product has not arrived yet and seems like it will not arrive for quite some time. I'll be sure to update my final review for this product when and if the rest of the product arrives judging the quality of the set, but for the time being I'm stuck in limbo and concerned that I've wasted my money. Edit: Yesterday afternoon the final box arrived. I did not receive any tracking information or anything so I was left completely in the dark on if or when this would arrive. I was assuming it would still take another week or so to arrive, so I guess that's nice. Well it would be nice if the box that arrived was the same color as the set that I ordered. It seems that consistently this company cannot ship the right items. I can only assume that this is to appease Amazon so they can say they shipped and delivered on time? I obviously don't know for sure, but it does seem shady. So now I have a set of half white half red cushions, with white wicker for the bases and dark brown for the backs. As I stated before, I really only care about having furniture to spend time outside with my family, so I'm not too much a stickler for the style of my set, but the mismatched colors is definitely not what I spent $800 on. Assembly was a PAIN! At least at first. It took me about 2 hours total, at first it seemed like it was going to take all night but I stated to get the hang of it. The set doesn't give you much room for using the tools to assemble the furniture so you'll likely be cramping your fingers and hunching over uncomfortably to assemble it. I actually ended up bloodying my knuckles from having them scrape against the wicker and ground while assembling. Personally I don't really mind any of that and it was kind of a fun experience going from "how in the world am I going to assemble this thing" to feeling like a pro after tightening more than 40 nuts and bolts, but maybe this might be a deal breaker for someone. As my last words: You really are pressing your luck when ordering from this company. It seems like many people have gotten the right boxes right off the bat, but it seems many others have had experiences like me. I'm still slightly frustrated from the whole experience so I'm leaving my overall rating right now at a 3/5. Though when it comes down to it, the set is pretty nice and now I have a unique two toned set so I'm not particularly THAT jaded. I might update this review to a higher rating if the furniture turns out to be really comfortable and great for spending time with my family and the terrible memory of my customer experience with BCP fades.

The color, design and overall look were exactly what I wanted. The comfort was poor. The back frame is very low and doesn’t support your back. The cushions clean well and a nice texture on which to sit. But, they slip around all the time and required me to add Velcro to keep them in place. The back cushions have held up well, but, the padding in the seat cushions are already breaking down. It was not HARD to put together. But it took a lot of time (2hours?). Once the product was out of the boxes, there’s NO WAY to get them back in. So, returns we’re out of the question. In hindsight, the price is right for the quality. But, I would spend more now to get better quality.

Two things to know about this "set" - (1) It is assembly required. If you use the included allen wrench and spanner, you will be at this for many hours and be very annoyed. I used an impact driver and a deep socket wrench. It went very quickly. I came up one washer short. It still took about 2 hours start to finish (including opening and unpacking the three boxes). (2) The sofa is not really deep enough to lie down flat on your back. Your arm will be hanging out over the air. You need to lie on your side to nap. It is quite comfortable to sit on though. Also, the table is very small and very short. Good enough to put a drink on, but don't plan to put your feet up on it.

It’s was so hard to put together! Took me and my wife over 8 hours and we was exhausted! I will NEVER BUY SOMETHING I HAVE TO PUT TOGETHER AGAIN! Thank God for the Allen wrench! I have put a lot of stuff together, but this set took 2 days which is probably over 8 hours! We was short of the piece that holds the furniture together! I will Never Buy From You Again! I have a terminal brain disorder and I had a very hard time getting it put together! We also found other items similar a lot cheaper and I could of saved over 400.00 dollars! It was another set that you had to sell, but it was to late to switch! You also charged me twice for the furniture and I had to beg you to please remove one of the sets, and I called my credit union and they told me I had to have you all remove one of the sets. Finally after a couple days I had one lady tell me she could not help me, then I called back the next day and I had a very nice man removed the one set of the charges. But we are finally using them, but the cover won’t fit over the entire set to! Have a Blessed Day!🙏🙏

I paid more for this set verses other similar ones because I thought I was getting a better product. The cushions are made out of a very cheap olefin material. Very plastic feel to them. Bottom cushions are firm like sitting on newspapers firm. The back cushions are not very “full” of stuffing. Will need to purchase many large pillows to lean back against. The set is childlike in height and size. The supports for the cushions are a few twisted pieces of the rattan plastic. The metal foot accents came out of the box damaged. It’s like screwed on aluminum, not thicker than a ready made pie crust tin. So disappointed as I am stuck with it since shipping is the price of the item to return. Was easy to put together. All pieces were organized well with clear instructions. Some cushions after a week are still crushed from packaging.

This set arrives in three boxes (although the seller only provided tracking info for one of the boxes, so we were freaked out when it was shown as delivered but one box was missing). It took over a day for the seller to respond because no one answers their toll-free tech support phone number: you have to email them. Technically, this is relatively easy to assemble - all it takes is allen wrench bolts with washers and nylon insert lock nuts. It comes with the allen wrench and a simple (stamped) wrench for the nuts. The issue is that unless you use your own socket wrench, it will take HOURS of frustrating one-quarter-turn-then-remove-the-wrench-then-put-the-wrench-back-on. In addition, you not only should have a socket wrench, it should be an extra-deep one because when fully installed, the nuts go pretty far down on the bolt so a deep socket wrench is needed to keep in contact with the nut. Even with my own socket wrench, this took over an hour to assemble. To their credit, they supply extra nuts, bolts, and washers in case a few get misplaced or lost. But don't buy this unless you plan on using your own socket wrench. I believe the size is 10mm.

Negatives: comes in a ton of pieces, took us a couple of hours to assemble in the Texas heat, so that wasn't fun. Cushions are very thin, maybe 3 inches depth which doesn't provide a ton of support or distance between your booty and the hard plastic once it compresses when you sit on it. Haven't had it long, and the plastic weave is broken in several spots already. I don't think it stands up to heat very well, it's 95+ degrees here for more than 3 months a year. Comes with a cover. But you can only use it in one particular configuration, even though this product is advertised that you can use it in so many different configurations. You can only use the cover in a "U" shaped configuration. Positives: It's like a Monet, it does look great from far away. But up close, it's a big ole mess once the weave starts breaking. The price was affordable for the size. If you live somewhere hot, or plan to use it quite frequently, then I would definitely spend more and get a higher quality piece.
