While this purchase was a bit challenging after the fact, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. My cushions had faded quicker than I had hoped, but it is an uncommon occurrence and they have exceeded my expectations making it right. It is a great set for the money. The cushions are a little thin which is the reason for the four stars. The structure is built well and looks nice I would give it five stars.

Looks good, sturdy, lightweight and comfortable. But the pieces move around very easily on our deck. I bought the clips to keep the pieces from sliding apart but they don't keep the pieces from sliding backwards or forwards. The cushions also slide around easily, so we tried people's suggestions of Velcro and rubber drawer liner and it did help. Despite everything we really do like this set. It can be arranged to fit in any space.

I ordered for an addition, unfortunately it was too large. So I had to return. Although the process was taxing at times the company everything to help me. I would recommend Best Choice again.

Take the advice of other reviews and get a drill piece instead of using the Allen wrench that came with the set. It saved us quite a bit of time in assembly. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren’t for that issue. This set does sit low to the ground, but looks nice and is functional. The cover only fits if you have it in the U shape, though it covers nicely. Overall good value for the price.

It's easy to install but very time consuming. Bring friends to help, extra hex and wrench. One was a little damage by the leg, probably due to shipping but I doubt my guess will notice it. I love the two design pillows

This is a nice set. I’ve had it for about a week now. The only complaint I have is that the cushions slide around very easily. If you arrange it in the L-shape one end doesn’t have an arm rest, so the cushions can slide right off the end. But it is very cute and looks exactly like the picture. I’m loving it!

Took a while to assemble. I recommend a socket wrench. Everything was perfect no damage. I was worried to buy because of thr reviews but im glad I did. Just love it.

While this sectional was a challenge to assemble, I’m very happy with the final product. The cushions did slip around a lot. I purchased heavy duty Velcro tape and it completely fixed that problem. Considering the price, I am very happy.

A very awesome patio furniture for the price. I thought it would have seat clips, but it didn’t come with any. Disappointed in that. Overall, I would still recommend this set.

Very pleased with the purchase so far. For $700 I think it's a very good deal compared with similar items from stores that are well north of a thousand dollars. The finish is pretty to look at. Only just got it so will have to wait and see how it holds up over time with regular use. It was a fair bit of effort to put together but if you get an electric screwdriver with the right size hex insert it's not terribly difficult. However with the standard hex wrench included it would take a lot longer. It's worth noting as others have that this comes in 2 deliveries which is not obvious at the time of ordering. Amazon only provides one of the tracking numbers so you have to go to the FedEx website and track by reference using the Amazon order number to see both shipments. We received both shipments within 4 days which was great. The cushions are comfortable although not super plush but again for the price I think they are nice enough and seem to be water resistant although that hasn't been put to the test yet. I bought a set of clips to hold the seats together on the advice of other reviews but so far don't especially see the need for them on our concrete patio surface. I like the flexibility to arrange the set in lots of different ways. I'll plan to update this review after some time using the set but first impressions are very good.
