The stand is lovely, Presenting & the flame itself has a thick rubber like plastic, so it's very strong and sturdy and won't break on the first drop. The flame modes look really good, real, & authentic. The lights are nice and bright enough to see from afar. Has some decent illumination when you rely on just one. Awesome thing is it's completely rechargeable. Lasts over 10 hours of flicker time and if yougo to family Dollar. $5 solar lanterns with the plastic chain and these flames will fit perfectly inside one giving more authentic realism. I wanted it for a latern, although it does not fit in what I bought it for I was absolutely not returning it! It is so cute, give my space a nice glow without using a candle or my fire place. This would be a great gift for kids, and it holds a charge for a very long time. Could be used as a nightlight. Very cute.
