After using this tent for the first time, I have to say that I like it. I take it with me to the beach for when my dog needs shade, or else she'll run off and sit under other people's umbrellas. The material seems good, and it's easy to setup. Packing up is a bit of a learning curve - I had to watch a video on YouTube to make sense of it.

Absolutely love! It was a little bigger than i imagined when in its bag, still a good size. easy to pop up and i LOVE that it has sand pockets- didnt have to use the stakes. Although there is mesh in the back for air, it can still get a little hot. Definitely worth the price i paid.

Took this on a recent trip to Maui! was awesome and super easy to set up/take down. Even with a decent wind one day i had no issues. Was so nice having my own shade on the super sunny days!!

Absoutely in love with this tent! So perfect for my 16 mo old at the Beach. He loves hanging out in it. I was afraid it would be a lot of work to set up and take down alone but ur really was easy. You open the bag n pull it out n it assembles itself. Like other reviews say the stakes should be in wetter sand, I tried in very dry n they didn't hold (not the products fault) should be common sense on my behalf dry loose sand wouldn't hold it . But I dug down a bit till I hit wet sand, pushed the stakes in, the recovered w sand to hold it.... they stays out all day!!!! I was so happy!! This tent is huge I got in it with the baby and all our stuff! Does not get hot in tent as there's a screen in the back to let air pass thru! Folding down I was worried about due to reviews but honestly ... took 1 min was so simple! So impressed with this especially for only $35... killer deal!!!! I'm horrible w directions n easily figured this out! Highly reccomend and will be having all my mommy friends but it too!!! Again... I take my 16 mo old alone to the beach with all our beach stuff and set this up and take it down alone.... so simple

Brought this with us on our cruise to Bermuda with chances of rain. We got to Horeshoe bay beach and it was pretty windy and partly cloudy. This pop up tent came in handy, and we loved that it was light and portable! Also glad that it came with anchors so that the wind blowing at about 15-20 mph at the beach didn’t blow it away. It helped with putting our beach bags on the corners inside the tent too. We enjoyed this tent that allowed us to make everyone else jealous they didn’t have this cool thing, and helped give us some shade. We still got tanned being out on a cloudy day! Bermuda is gorgeous, and it was picture perfect for this example of how we popped it open on the beach! I would totally recommend this!

I just used it at the beach. The size is perfect for 1 adult and beach bags, towels etc. Two adults can also fit . It rained hard while I was there but no water went thru the fabric. The only water in was a little thru the back mesh that it's there for ventilation. It did not feel hot in the tent when the sun was strong. i used the stakes and fill the side pockets with sand to keep it in place and the wind did not move it at all. If chance of rain, I would suggest that instead of filling the pockets with sand, that you bring sturdy empty bags and fill the bags with the sand instead, then place the bags in the side pockets. It was hard to remove the wet sand from the pockets. It is very light weight. I put it in my regular size checked luggage. It will NOT fit in a carry on though. It pops up open in literally 1-2 seconds. To fold it, watch a couple of videos on YouTube. It IS tricky but once you get it, it is very easy and fast. i watched people on the beach taking forever trying to set up the traditional beach tents and I could see their frustration. I really enjoyed mine!

I bought this tent for a beach trip with the kids. This provides nice sun protection for babies. It also has a small mesh panel on the bottom for a little wind. I would recommend still bringing a fan though for little ones. It will not let enough wind in to keep them properly cool. It is very light weight and pops up in 2 seconds! It is hard to fold back together but I was able to master it after a couple of tries. The stakes that came with it to anchor it down, did not work for the sand. So we just filled the side pockets with sand and placed something heavy on the front fabric part. This is so great to have at the beach with little kids!

While this is a great way to get shade at the beach or park, it also works as an easy to set up tent in the living room when my grandchildren stay the night. A full size blowup mattress fits perfectly in it and there is plenty of ventilation. When the kids want to block light at the opening I hang a gauzy type baby blanket or wrap sarong and use bag clips to secure it to the side poles. It sets up extremely easily and isn't that hard to fold. Once you do it a couple of times it is very easy, but there is a little learning curve. It comes with an instruction card with pictures which is very helpful. I believe there are also online videos if you need extra help. Also comes with stakes for outside use. It's a great product and easy to store, no matter what you decide to use it for.

I'm very fair skinned and had some beach vacations planned. Decided to try this tent to offer some extra sun protection. It pops up as soon as you take it out of the bag and start to open it. Used the 6 included stakes to add stability and keep the front area extended. It worked great! The wind picked up a lot in the afternoon and the tent was leaning but stayed upright. I ended up watching a couple of You Tube videos to see how to fold it back up. It took a moment to figure it out but I got it back in the bag with little effort. I used it the rest of the week with no issues. Really impresed with the ease of use and effectiveness. I was able to fit it in my suitcase and it did not take up much room at all.
